2 pounds potatoes

1 can (1 pound) peas and carrots
1 cup diced pickles (dill)
1 ,;) pound salami
cup mayonnaise
juice of one lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 small onion—chopped
1. Scrub potatoes and cook them whole
with skin or in salted water for about
30 minutes till they are tender. Drain
and peel the skin off.
2. Cut potatoes into small cubes, and
put them in a large bowl. Cut the
salami into very small cubes and dot
them in the bowl.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and
celery seed. Add the rest of the in-
gredients and mix well.

band is the son of Mr. and Mrs.

Rita Abramson served as matron

POTATO SALAD

Summer time is salad time. One
of the salads that will go a long
way is potato salad. It can be pre-
pared ahead of time and then kept
in refrigeration for some days.
Whenever you need a starchy side-
dish, out comes the potato salad.
