Judge Lawrence Gubow was re- elected president of the Council at the closing delegate assembly of the season, held at Cong. Shaarey Zedek. Jewish Agency Income From UJA Seen Rising JERUSALEM (JTA)—The Jew- ish Agency disclosed Monday that it had a cash income of 5163,500,- 000 from the United Jewish Appeal and Keren Hayesod during the last fiscal year which ended March 21, 1969. The Agency's treasurer, Arieh L. Dultzin, said a 50 per cent increase was expected during the current fiscal year.
