Beverly Stulberg to Be Jewish Community Council Amends
Bride of David Kagan Constitution to Ad mit Youth Groups

In a move to bring young people
into the decision-making processes
of the Jewish community, dele-
gates to the Jewish Community
Council Wednesday night voted to
change the Council constitution to
admit youth federations to mem-
bership.
Judge Lawrence Gubow was re-
elected president of the Council at
the closing delegate assembly of
the season, held at Cong. Shaarey
Zedek.
The constitution, which previous-
ly admitted Jewish organizations
whose members were at least age
18, now reads with amendment:

JERUSALEM (JTA)—The Jew-

ish Agency disclosed Monday that
it had a cash income of 5163,500,-
000 from the United Jewish Appeal
and Keren Hayesod during the last
fiscal year which ended March 21,
1969. The Agency's treasurer,
Arieh L. Dultzin, said a 50 per
cent increase was expected during
the current fiscal year.
