Mrs. Paul Nosan, lifelong Zionist
and communal leader, will be
chairman of the Israel Bond Fash-
ion Show to be held June 10 at
Cong. Shaarey Zedek.
Mrs. Morris L. Schaver, chair-
man of the Detroit Israel Bond
Women's Division, sponsor of the
annual affair, said the all-Israel
fashion show will highlight Wom-
en's Division activities for the
year.
Mrs. Nosan has served as presi-
dent of the Women's Auxiliary of
the Jewish Na-
tional Fund and
recently received
a "citation of
honor in high rec-
ognition for ex-
emplary services
to JNF and its
program of recla-
mation" at a na-
tional gathering
in New York.
She is a life
member of Had- Mrs. Nosan
assah„ of Yeshivath Beth Yehuda
Auxiliary and of the United Heb-
rew Schools Auxiliary. She is an
active member of the Zionist Or-
ganization of Detroit, American
Jewish Congress, Pisgah Chapter
of Bnai Brith, Jewish War Veter-
ans Auxiliary and Beth Achim Sis-
terhood. Mrs. Nosan has been a
strong supporter of Israel Bonds
ever since the initiation of the cam-
paign in 1951.
Mother of two sons and a daugh-
ter, Mrs. Nosan is president of
Nosan Building Corp.
Senior Adult Shuttle
to Center Scheduled
The Jewish Center has announc-
ed its new senior adult shuttle bus ;
schedule, for which tickets are
available in the senior adult office,
Room 224.
The bus leaves Blackstone Apart-
ments (Norfolk Street), at 11:35
a.m.; Northgate Apartments (front
entrance), 11:55 a.m.; Votrobeck
Dr. (front of playground), 12:05
p.m.; and Borman Hall, 12:10 p.m.
The shuttle bus leaves the Cen-
ter at 4:15 p.m., except for those
who return to Blackstone, who
take the 3:30 p.m. bus. The bus re-
turns via Borman Hall, Votrobeck
Apartments and Northgate Apart-
ments.
The Dexter daytime shuttle has
been discontinued, but the Wed-
nesday evening Dexter shuttle bus
will continue as usual.
