Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, for whom the Los Angeles jury recom-
mended the death sentence Wednesday, as punishment for assassinat-
ing Senator Robert Kennedy, is a guerrilla hero to the Arabs. The
poster reproduced here was seen on the streets of Middle East cap-
itals last week. It reads: "Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, a commando not
an assassin." The distributor of the poster was announced as the
Arab "war department" of the "Palestine Liberation Organization."
