In a greased pie pan, flatten the ball
and build sides and edge. Prick the
bottom and sides with a fork. Bake in
a hot oven 400' for 12.15 minutes until
golden brown. Let it cool.
To fill: Drain the fruit, reserving 1/2
cup of liquid. Dissolve gelatine in one
cup of hot water and add the half-cup
of syrup. Allow to cool till slightly
thick.
Arrange the fruit nicely in the cool
Pie crust. Pour gelatine on the top.
Garnish, if you wish, with cherries.
