Arrange alternate layers of beets and
apples in lt(..-quart casserole. Sprinkle
with cinnamon. Combine orange juice.

grated orange peel; pour over beets.
Cover and bake in a hot oven (425 F.)
70 minutes, or until tender. Makes 6 to
8 servings.
