Announce Town Hall
Program for Next Year

PLUS The Authentic Latin Rythms

Plans for the 41st consecutive
season of Detroit Town Hall have
been announced by Ann Hagan
Waidley, Town Hall director.
The new series is to open Oct. 8,
with Renee Carpenter, wife of astro-
naut Scott Carpenter.
The second number of the pro-
gram of 10, features a debate be-
tween Reid Buckley, brother of
William F. Buckley, and Dr. Max
Mark, member of the political sci
ence faculty at Wayne State Uni-
versity.
For Nov. 5, a program in lighter
vein with Celeste Holm, star of
State Representative Daniel S. stage and screen, is booked.

loss to the world community." He
noted that it is "a sad commentary
on the state of affairs in the world
today that the, Arab organization
known as El Fatah felt it necessary
to take credit for the death of Esh-
kol." He said: "What barbaric
sense of political advantage would
provoke any organization to take
credit for the death of a man? The
Arabs again have risen to new
heights of arrogance and debase-
ment of human values. Regardless
of where a person stands in the
political spectrum, the death of a
man should be a call to mourning
for all peoples. In the savage arena

dedicated Zionist who recognizes
the necessity of vigilance, military
