Chicken soup and chopped liver are just two exam- ples of favorite traditional Jewish dishes. The modern cook, as well as the traditional, likes chicken. It is low in calories and easy to di- gest; it has delicate flavor and can be prepared in many ways. We like to experiment with chick- en and to create new dishes, so we combined chicken with oranges. In the following recipe, chicken and oranges get together to form a most elegant and enjoyable dish. THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS 22—Friday, March 7, 1969 2602 N.
