Mrs. Morris Brandwine, execu-
tive vice-chairman of the Women's
Division of the Allied Jewish Cam-
paign — Israel Emergency Fund,
will give an eye-witness report of
the present conditions in Israel
where she participated in briefing
sessions with its leaders as a mem-
ber of a special mission of the
United Jewish Appeal.
Fashions for the younger women
and a boutique will be presented.
The Junior Division women, age
22 to 28, introduce members to
the concept of giving and train
them in community leadership.
Mrs. Richard L. Komer is chair-
man of the special gifts section.
Mrs. Robert J. Eisenberg is vice-
chairman of the Junior Division
women's special gifts. Associate
chairmen a r e Mesdames Dale
Rands, Robert Slatkin and Robert
Sorock. Mrs. Thomas J. Grossman
is adviser to the group.
Modelling in the fashion show
on Wednesday will be Mesdames
Leonard Borman, Howard Fried-
man, Lonny Koff, Michael Kramer,
Sheldon Krause, Gerald Wolberg
and Henry Wineman II, all mem-
bers of the Junior Division.

Mr. and Mrs. William Sonenberg
of Jackson Heights announce the
engagement of their daughter Beryl
to Joshua Barley, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Moshe Barley of Condon Ave.,
Oak Park. The bride-elect is a
graduate of Long Island University.
Mr. Barley, a University of Michi-
gan alumnus, attends Harvard Law
School. A June wedding is planned.

Beth Israel Medical Center. He is

Rabbi David M. Lieberman,

became the bride of Jerome Fred-
erick Kasle, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Louis Kasle of Flint, Thursday eve-
ning. Officiating at the ceremony,
held in the Kasle residence on
Woodlawn Park Dr., were Rabbi
Hillel Millgram and Cantor Abra-
ham Ranani Of Cong. Beth Israel,
Flint. The bride chose a gown of
silk organza over peau de sole
wth Victorian bodice of hand-
clipped Alencon lace re-embroid-
ered with seed pearls and crystals.
Matching petals formed the cas-
cade headpiece, which held bouf-
fant tiers of English illusion, and
the detachable chapel train. She
carried Stephanotis and baby's-
breath. Mrs. Paul Fisher of Ann
Arbor attended the bride. Franklin
H. Kasle, the bridegroom's brother,
served as best man. Mr. and Mrs.
Kasle will reside in Ann Arbor,
where they will continue their stu-
dies.
