You will be intrigued by seeing this novelty in Israeli advertising-the
simultaneous publication of ads in two different newspapers. This is what
HAARETZ and YEDIOTH ACHRONOT have been doing for quite
some time.
What is shown in a composite sample of such a double-display, taken
from a recent Friday issue of HAARETZ. Notice the public service col-
umns on "Kindling The Lights." on the "Daily Bible Chapter" & "Talmud
Page" for home study, on "Doctors and Pharmacies on Night Call," and
"Domestic and Overseas Air flight Schedules"-followed by ads on
"Apartments for Rent," "Business Opportunities," "Wanted to Sell."
"Wanted to Buy," "Washing Machines, - "Television Sets." "Help
Wanted." "Situations Wanted:: "Marriage Offers. - "Photo Services."
"Stamps and Coins," etc.
