Dr. Sidney Milgrom, an alumnus
of the University of Michigan
Medical School, died Nov. 23 after
collapsing at the UM-Ohio State
football game in Columbus. He was
47.
Dr. Milgrom, a 1945 medical
school graduate, had a private
practice at 1229 S. Washington,
Royal Oak.
A native Detroiter, he resided at
13308 Ludlow, Huntington Woods.
He was a member of the American
Medical Association, South Oak-
land County Medical Society and
Cong. Beth Shalom. Dr. Milgrom
was a World War H veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen;
two sons, Allen and Louis; a
daughter, Mara; his mother, Mrs.
Helen Milgrom; a brother, David
of Miami; and three sisters, Mrs.
Murray (Bess) Rich of Miami, Mrs.
Harry (Esther) Zebrowitz of Cedar-
hurst, L.L, and Mrs. Dorothy
Rohlig.

He served in many capacities at
Beth Hillel, from board member to
synagogue newsletter editor. He
was president for five years.
During his retirement, Mr. Cahn
was a volunteer worker for the
Montefiore Home for the Aged, in
Cleveland. He was a long-time
member of Bnai Brith and took a
vital interest in Jewish communal
activity here.
Survivors are his wife, Hermine;
a son, Arnold of New York; and
three grandchildren. A sister-in-
law, Mrs. Bertha Cahn, lives in
Detroit.

Fannie Felsot, an active member
of several Jewish community or-
ganizations, died Nov. 22 at age
75.
Mrs. Felsot, 7335 Deep Run,
Birmingham, was a member of the
Rebeccas, Hadassah and Mogilever
Aid Society. Born in Russia, she
lived in the Detroit area for 50
