2I-Day Sample Israel Itinerary

FIRST DAY: Tel Aviv
Morning: Along the sea shore of
Old Jaffa (walking tour of Jaffa,
visit the Jaffa Museum), Holon,
Bat Yam (visit a Shikun: housing
development), Shalom Building Ob-
servatory. Afternoon: Tour center
Si city, including modern Tel Aviv
and its municipal and cultural
buildings. Overnight: Tel Aviv.

SECOND DAY: Tel Aviv
Morning: Tour of North Tel Aviv,
Museum Center including Glass
Museum, Science and Technology
Museum, Folklore Museum; Ramat
Aviv, Fair Grounds, Ramat Gan,
Givatayim. Afternoon: Free. Sug-
gested Night Tour: Mann Auditor-
ium, Habimah Theater, Dizengoff
Street, Jaffa (the clock tower
square, visit galleries and the
Omar Kayam nightclub). Over-
night: Tel Aviv,

and surroundings: Bar Ilan Uni-
versity, sailing on the Yarkon
River, Maccabea Village, Zoo,
Great Synagogue.

NINTH DAY: Masada and Ein
Gedi
Bersheba, Arad (tour city), Ma-
sada (visit antiquities), Sodom, Ein
Bokek (swimming possible), Ein
Gedi (visit David's Pools). Return
to Beersheba via Dimona. Over-
night: Beersheba.
NOTE: It is possible to take a
flying tour of Sinai. On the ninth
day, go to Tel Aviv from Beer-
sheba. Overnight in Tel Aviv. On
the following morning, fly from
Tel Aviv over SinaL On the return
from Sinai, the-light lands in Eilat
for lunch a tour of that city and
bathing. Overnight in Eilat and the
following day return to Beersheba
by bus after touring the southern
Negev.

TENTH DAY: Beersheba and Eilat
Beersheba, Kefar Yeruham, Sede
Baker, Ein Avdat (visit desert
