Dutch Introduce Draft Bill Outlawing Anti-Semitism THE. HAGUE (JTA) — The Neth- erlands Government has introduced in Parliament a draft law against anti-Semitism and racial discrim- ination in general. The bill followed Holland's ratification of the United Nations convention against dis- crimination and is designed to im- prove existing laws which date from 1933. Krolik has been seledted as one of the recipients of this year's St. Cyprian Awards to be presented at Latin Quarter, at a dinner Oct. 6. The two other . recipients are Dr. Henry D. Brown and Dr. Haley W. Bell. Mrs. Krolik, former chairman of the Urban Affairs Committee and a member of the Committee on Community Relations of t h e City of Detroit, has for years been active in local Jewish and civic movements and has earned the dis- tinction of being given recognition as one of Detroit's outstanding women leaders.
