Season With Talk
by Dr. Peter Martin

The Women's Auxiliary of the
Jewish National Fund has sched-
uled an open membership meeting
featuring psychiatrist Dr. Peter
A. Martin discussing "The Middle
Years" noon Tuesday at Cong.
Bnai Moshe.
Membership Chairman Mrs.
Sam Warsh will return from a
study mission in Israel in time to
welcome new and life members.
In connection with membership,
President Mrs. William Levin sug-
gested a Rosh Hashana gift of
membership in the auxiliary for
the coming season.

Mrs. Levin will announce plans
for the Jewish National Fund na-
tional assembly to be held Oct.
17-20 at the New York Hilton
Hotel. At that time, JNF will
celebrate 20 years of achievement
and 20 years of statehood.
Mrs. Frank Silverman, Blue
and White Box chairman, will
announce a new plan for the col-
lection of box money. With much
of the Jewish community living
in the suburbs, door-to-door col-
lection as in the past, is not feas-
ible. The new plan, says Mrs.
Silverman, "will designate a
house in each neighborhood as a
drop-off headquarters."
