Richard Foster Kronick, son of

The couple is making plans for
a June 8 wedding.
Miss Katz will be a senior at the
University of Michigan. Mr. Kro-
nick will be attending Columbia
University's graduate school of
business in the fall. He is a grad-
uate of the University of Mich-
igan, where he was affiliated with
Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity.
