The ministry noted that the youngsters had no family in Jeru- salem and therefore did not qualify under the family reunion program. They will be admitted to the Jerusalem School for the Blind and the Mary Lovett Home for Blind Girls. • It was also announced that a one million pound ($350,000) loan fund has been set up by the Jeru- salem municipality and the minis- try of housing to assist East Jeru- salem Arabs to build new housing.
