Arranges Reception
for Stollman Family

JERUSALEM — A reception in
honor of Phillip Stollman, Mr. and
Mrs. Max Stollman and their fam-
ily from Detroit was given at the
Knesset on June 4.
The honor to the Detroit Zionist
leaders was arranged by Speaker
of the Knesset Kaddish Luz who
addressed the gathering, Dr. Jos-
eph Lookstein acting as interpreter
for those who did not know He-
brew and Yiddish.
Other government leaders and
a large group of friends of the
Stollmans from the United States
and Israel attended the reception.

head the program at the Beth Ab-
raham Testimonial Dinner 6:30
p.m. Tuesday in the social hall.
The dinner will honor Henry
Thumin, president, for his service
to his congregation, and to his
community and for his friendship
and support of the state of Israel.
The affair is on behalf of Israel
Bonds. Circuit Judge Nathan J.
Kaufman will be toastmaster.
Norman has been seen on the
Tonight Show and on the Ed Sulli-
van Show and has been on many
