Students of developing world affairs, those relating to the Middle
East, to the race issue in this country, to the re-emerging neo-Nazism,
have begun to believe anew that anti-Semitism is on the rise, that
hatred of Jews is linked with antagonism to Israel.
Arab propagandists are playing a major role in the new anti-
