Lewis H. Manning, prominent in
the retail jewelry field in Detroit
and Michigan, died May 29, at
age 60.
Mr. Manning was president of
Cole and Erwin jewelers, 123 State,
with whom he had been affiliated
for 35 years. He was also president
of Miller Jewelry Co. which has
stores in Jackson, Battle Creek
and Albion,
