He is the son of Mrs. Miriam Bertman of Dobbs Ferry, N. Y., and the late Mr. Bertman. Miss Rosenthal is a graduate of Wayne State University's col- lege of education. She is complet- ing a masters degree in element- ary school guidance and counsel- ing. Dr. Bertram received a mast- ers degree in Near Eastern and Judaic studies from Brandeis Uni- versity and a doctorate in Greek and Latin literature from Columbia University.
