Debs Branch to Honor
Late David Lifsitz
and Yenie Katz Sunday

Workmen's Circle Debs Branch
111 will hold a memorial service
for David Lisfitz and Yenie Katz
2 p.m. Sunday at Workmen's Circle
Center.
Mr. Lisfitz, who died April 3 at
age 82 was chairman of the Debs
Branch and a representative of the
branch to the Workmen's Circle
District Committee. He was chair-
' man of the Jewish Labor Commit-
. tee unit in the branch and was
manager of the annual journal.
Mr. Katz died April 18 at age 79.
He was president of Carpenter's
Union Local 1513, and was active
in the branch.
Representing the carpenter's
union will be Milton Rochlin if
Branch 111; Jacob Reissman will
represent Workmen's Circle Dis-
trict Committee; Dr. Shmarya
Kleinman Jewish Labor Commit-
tee; Nadya Entin, Workmen's
Circle - Women's Division; David
Joseph. Carpenter's Local 1513;
and Mordecai Teiler. a friend and
teacher at the Workmen's Circle
school.

MPHA annual meeting will be

sing, May 8-10. The theme for the
Conference is "Design for Tomor-
