Levy, Brooklyn army physician who was sentenced to three years at hard labor last June for refusing of train medical aid men for Vietnam, is in "discip- linary segregation" here. An army spokesman said that Capt. Levy had been disciplined "for violation of institutional rules" but would not elaborate. In At- lanta, however, the prisoner's chief counsel said that Capt. Levy had been transferred to a 5 by 10 foot isolation cell last week, ap- parently in retaliation for abuse of mail privileges. This abuse, said his lawyer, was apparently related to censorship of Capt. Levy's let- ters to his counsel. March 31 — To Mr. and Mrs. Michael V.
