WI NNE " N NOMINATIONS indudins: Best Picture Herman Schwartz, catering man- for the Sheraton-Cadillac Hotel for 12 years until his brief retirement last July, will return to the hotel in the same capacity Monday. Schwartz, a veteran of 25 years in hotel catering, started his career in Chicago, transferred to some of the finest hotels in the East and settled at the Sheraton- Cadillac in 1956. During his quarter-century in catering, Schwartz estimates that he has been in charge of at least 25,000 functions, ranging in size from 10 to 2,000 persons. Schwartz also has gained national fame through his liaison work on food functions at many national Shriners conventions—an organization with which he has been a long and faithful member.
