In connection with the arrival of the Jaffa oranges, the following recipe is suggested for utilization of the Jaffas—kosher for Passover, kitchen tested, but suitable all year round: 5-6 pounds brisket of beef 2-3 onions Salt Pepper Garlic Paprika to taste 1 cup Jaffa orange juice 1/2 cup wine 2 tablespoons catsup 1 teaspoon white sugar Night before, rub meat well with garlic (press, salt, pepper, accent.
