Dr. LeRoy P. Levitt, dean of the Chicago Medical School, who was
here to fill a speaking engagement at Sinai Hospital, visited with his
sisters, Mrs. Joseph Schmidt of Leewin Ave. and Mrs. Harry Lindy

Mr. Gad Rosenbaum of Detroit and Boston will travel to Israel
this month with the family of his daughter and son-in-law, Birdie and
Yuda Golahny, former Detroiters, to celebrate the Bar Mitzva of their

In the last issue of The Jewish
News, the date was inadvertently
omitted on the notice of Dr. How-
ard Morley Sachar's visit to De-
troit 8 p.m. next Wednesday at
Bnai David Synagogue. Dr.
Sachar's topic will be "Where
American Jewry Differs."
Detroit Alumni Chapter of Alpha
Omega Dental Fraternity is spon-
soring the lecture, open to the
community.
The Detroit Alumni Chapter is
opening this meeting to the public
in response to many requests to
hear the author, teacher and
lecturer.
Dr. Martin Naimark is chairman
of Alpha Omega's Jewish affairs
committee. Other members of the
committee are Drs. Bruce Billes,
Manuel Feldman, 11 a r old Fire-
stone, Arnold Golnick, James Good-
friend, George Leib, Harold Max-
men, David Silver, Samuel
Stulberg and Richard Williams.
The refreshment hour will be
