The veil attached to a mink pillbox was of shoulder-length, four-tiered silk illusion. She carried a cascade of Phalaenopsis and Stephanotis. Mrs. Orbach to Direct `Rose Tattoo' at Center Center Theater's next major pro- duction will be Tennessee Wil- liams' "The Rose Tattoo," opening Feb. 17 at the Jewish Center. Directing the play is Evelyn Orbach, program associate in charge of radio and television for the Jewish Community Council. Mrs. Orbach, wife of Cantor Harold Orbach of Temple Israel, began her theat- rical career in New York as an actress on the stage and in na- tional radio a n d television. She has soloed in characterizations of Jewish literary figures through- out the South- western and more Mrs. Orbach recently the Midwestern states. Her directing credits include such plays as "The Last Angry Man," "The World of Sholom Aleichem," "A Streetcar Named Desire," "The Wall" and "A Ma- jority of One."
