LADIES OF YESHIVATH BETH
YEHUDAH and WOMEN'S SAB-
BATH LEAGUE will hold its Han-
uka luncheon noon Tuesday at Beth
Tefilo Emanuel Tikvah Synagogue.
Sponsors are Mesdames Esther
Gold, Esther Sachs and Esther
Shoskes. Guest speaker will be
Rabbi Solomon P. Wohgelernter,
who recently returned from Israel.
The boys' choir of Yeshivath Beth
Yehudah will present a Hanuka
musical program (directed by Rab-
bi Chaim Schloss.) Mrs. Leo Lauf-
er is program chairman. The social
committee headed by Mrs. Walter
Epstein will be assisted by Mes-
dames Rose Bielewich, Meyer Bieg-
ler, Arthur Cutler, Harold Kaplan
and 'Julius Spielberg. Guests are in-
vited by President Mrs. Milton
Winston.

Hadassah, will hold its Henrietta
Szold Birthday Luncheon noon
Wednesday at Hadassah House. A
skit, "Legacy of Laughter," will be
performed by Mesdames Maurice
Perlman. Joyce Rosenbaum and
Lawrence Wember, and Hanuka
music and a candle-lighting cere-
mony will round out the program.
Donations will be for the benefit
of Youth Aliya. Members are asked
to bring filled eye-banks.

ORT Memorial Fund
Named for Mrs. Frank

Announcement has been made of
the formation of the Sandra Bala-
ban Frank ORT Fund in memory
of the devoted ORT member who
died Dec. 7.
The fund will provide continuing
scholarships for study in advanced
ORT Schools.
Mrs. Frank had long been active-
ly interested in the ORT schools.
and recently was chairman of the
scholarship project for Balmoral
Chapter. She was a third genera-
tion ORT member, following the in-
terests of her mother. Mrs. Nathan
Balaban, and her grandmother.
Mrs. Minnie Hock.
Formerly a high school teacher
of history. Mrs. Frank was particu-
larly interested in helping others
earn a teacher's certificate.

They will spend six weeks visit-
ing schools in France. Italy, Swit-
zerland, Israel, Morroco and Iran.

Turover Aid Society will cele-
brate Hanuka with a latke and re-
freshment program 8 p.m. Jan. 1
at Turover Hall. The public is in-
