His other books include "Scapegoat of Revolution," which describes the effect of social revolutions on Jews since the Protestant Reformation, and "The Kremlin, the Jews and the Middle East." He has edited "Welfare State and Welfare Society," "Accultura- tion and Integration" and "The Free World and the New Na- tions," published by the Ameri- can Histadrut Cultural Exchange Institute. Dr. Teller has traveled exten- sively in Africa and the USSR for research foundations, was an ad- viser in the Bonn-Israel repara- tions and correspondent at the United Nations and abroad.
