Internationalize Jerusalem: Dutch Advice to Israel Pioneer of the Doy School Movement in Detroit AMSTERDAM (JTA) — Dr. Josef Luns, the foreign minister, parliament that the informed Dutch government had notified Israel that Holland favored the internationalization of Jerusalem and placement of its holy places under international control. He said the Dutch government had expressed its opposition to Israel's incorporation of East Jerusalem into its capital.
