U of Toledo's Fine Arts Director, Dr. Boris Nelson toAddress Forum Dr. Boris E. Nelson, director of the division of fine arts at the Uni- versity of Toledo, will speak at the second fall forum meeting of the Women's Division of the Jew- ish Welfare Fed- eration. 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, at the Jewish Center. Dr. Nelson will talk on the cur- rent picture in Israel and the present emer- gency. Dr. Nelson, a graduate of Heidel- berg and Goettingen Universities in Germany, witnessed the birth of Nazism and was in a unique position to study its development and downfall. As chairman of the music de- partment at the University of To- ledo, Dr. Nelson has achieved wide prominence in academic circles. Ile is a Life-Fellow of the Inter- national Institute of Arts and Let- ters, and has headed the fine arts department of the University of Massachusetts and served as a visiting professor at Colorado Col- lege, Colby College and Hampton Institute.
