Rubenstein was iiained chairman of the 1967 annual dinner meeting of the Flint Jewish Com- , GILBERT RUBENSTEIN Eli Goldin, 93; Operated Shoe Repair Business Eli Goldin, 93, who operated a Flint shoe repair shop for 30 years, died Thursday in Washington, D.C., during a family vacation trip. Mr. Goldin, 5424 Maura, Flush- ing, owned the former Flint Shoe Repair shop, which for many years was at 2201 or 2203-Lewis. He start- ed the business on Detroit St. after coming to Flint in 1928 from Koko- mo, Ind., and retired in 1958.
