Janice Sue Bobroff, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Bobroff of
Wisconsin Ave., became the bride
of Douglas James Miller, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Milton J. Miller of
Fairway Dr., in a recent evening
ceremony at Temple Israel.
Dr. Leon Frain and Rabbi M.
Robert Syme qfficiated at the
ceremony, with Cantor Harold Or-
Lach chanting the liturgy.
The couple, who later left on a
trip to Miami Beach, was attend-
ed by Vivian Sala as maid of
honor and Fred Miller of
Atlanta, brother of the bride-
groom, as best man.
Bridesmaids were Susan Brot of
Kalamazoo. Michelle Buch, Mar-
lene Budman, Karen Hertz, Lauren
Levine of Chicago and Bonnie
Sobol. Mark Bobroff, brother of
the bride; David Chait: Ronald
Gold of Fairfield, Conn.; Paul
Hack: Leslie Hendelman; Jona-
than Miller. brother of the bride-
groom; Philip Oppenheim; Jeffrey
Serwin: Mark Shook of Cincinnati;
and David Simon were ushers.
The bride wore a cage of Gui-
pure lace on English net over peau
de soie. Iler chapel-length mantilla
was appliqued with matching lace,
and she carried Phalaenopsis with
ivy on her confirmation Bible.

Forty Young Jewish community
leaders will fly to Israel on Sunday
for a two week survey sponsored
by the Young Leadership Cabinet
of the United Jewish Appeal.
The mission is planned to give
young community leaders an op-
portunity to see Israel under pres-
ent conditions and to study welfare
installations supported by funds
whia the UJA raises in the Un-
ited States.

African countries of their origin.

seilles for Iran, after a three-day
study mission in France. In Iran,
the group will visit welfare, medi-
cal and educational services sup-
ported by the Joint Distribution
