French dressing
See above for directions in crisping

French Dressing:
Use 3 times as much nil vegetable
or olicet as vinegar; salt- pepper to
taste and mashed or minced garlic

Luncheon Salad
3 cups cooked or potted meat or fish
boiled, baked, broiled, smoked or
canned.!
2 small potatoes boiled diced
cup cooked or pickled beets,
cubed or sliced
Mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of chili
sauce or ketchup for meat salad or
1 tablespoon sour cream for fish
salad.
Peas and/or string beans
cup each
Small dill pickle. diced.
2 tomatoes in eighths
1 cucumber diced I optional!.
Salt and pepper salad If necessary.
Serve salad on crisp gi cells.
