Riva Redstone, in charge of the
secretarial staff of the architectural
firm of Louis G. Redstone Asso-
ciates since 1937 died Aug. 24 at
age 69.
A Detroit resident for 35 years,
Miss Redstone was a member of
the American Jewish Congress.
She resided at 16831 Greenfield.
Surviving are two brothers,
Louis G. and Solomon; and a sister,
Mrs. Benjamin Harudi of Israel.

ELI R. MILLER

Brian Epstein, manager and
discoverer of the Beatles, was
found dead in his London apart-
ment Sunday. The 32-year-old
was considered by the million-
aire quartet as the "fifth Beatle,"
and they credited him with their
success. Born in Liverpool, Ep-
stein was the eldest son of a
Jewish furniture-store owner.
Although the cause of death was
not known, a friend said be had
been ill for months.
