LONDON—The foreign ministers
of the Arab states, holding a pre-
summit meeting at Khartoum, Su-
dan, were called on Tuesday to
support all-out Arab resistance to
Israel by Arabs living in the areas
of Egypt, Jordan and Syria occu-
pied by Israel as a result of the
June war.
The call was issued by Ahmed
Shukairy, leader of the Palestine
Liberation Organization. who
claims he represents not only the
Arabs in the occupied areas but
also all other Arab refugees in the
Gaza Strip, the Old City of Jeru-
salem, the West Bank of the Jor-
dan River now occupied by Israel
and the southern areas of Syria
