They are planning the fourth annual CARE carnival to be held at the Moss home from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., July 22. CARE Carnival Day promises to be the neighborhood fun event of the summer with games, door prizes, food, soft drinks, and sur- prises. The girls are hoping to top last year's $80 collection. Proceeds will be used to send CARE food pack- ages and school supplies to needy children abroad. Says Dr. Moss: "The girls set the whole thing up themselves.
