Suburban barbers who are or-
dinarily closed on Mondays an-
nounced this week that they will
open next Monday and will turn
over all income to the Israel Emer-
gency Fund.

At a recent meeting, Adas Sha-
lom Synagogue elected Rudolph
Shulman president. Shulman has
actively participated in many com-
munal programs and organizations.

Busloads of children from
schools in the Detroit and subur-
ban areas, their parents, art stu-
dents and lovers of art generally,
have been flocking to the Garelick
Gallery to see the unusual collec-
tion that has been gathered for the
Detroit show.
