SCAM= W0ILD Boor ENCYCLOKLIA Jews Can Beat Ban on Bearded Beatniks WASHINGTON (JTA) — A spokesman for the Greek embas- sy said that rabbis and Orthodox Jews wearing beards — if they can prove they are not "beatniks" —will be exempted from the newly-announced Greek ban on bearded tourists. He said the exclusion of bearded persons was aimed at non-Greeks who were "beatniks." If Jews who wear beards for religious reasons can prove their affiliations, they will be ad- mitted the embassy spokesman said. Bearded Jewish "beatniks" will be denied entry along with "beatniks" of other religious or- igins. The spokesman empha- sized the exclusion law was aimed at "beatniks" rather than beards. Installing officer at the dinner will be Philip Slomovitz. "The Mrs. Three," consisting of Mesdames Earl Ack, Nathan Cole- man and Victor Lawson, will sing English, - Yiddish, Hebrew and Is- raeli songs. Cocktails will precede the din- ner, at which citations and awards will be presented. With Uniroyal Masters on your car, you'll never know when you pick up a nail. Because we put a Seal Rite lining in our tire. Seal Rite is a special compound that covers the inside of the air chamber. When you hit a nail or a spike, the lining grips the puncturing object and seals in the air. Instead of a blowout, you get a slowout. And it could make all the difference in the world.
