The Palestine Jewish Legion had a number of battalions as part of the Egyptian Expeditionary Forces under General Allenby. The former Miss Helper is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Helper of Ardmoor Dr., Birmingham. Mr. Dizik is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dizik of Woodland Ave., Ferndale.
