A Boston University kidney ex-
pert, Dr. ARNOLD S. RELMAN,
an international leader in research
and practice in his field, has been
named chief of two of the major
medical services at Boston City
Hospital. The appointment of Dr.
Reiman, professor of medicine at
Boston University School of Medi-
eine, was announced jointly by
the Boston department of health
and hospitals and Boston Univer-
sity. The appointment will be ef-
fective July 1. Recipient of a cov-
eted Research Career Award from
the U.S. Public Health Service,
Dr. Reiman is editor of the Journal •
Of Clinical Investigation and chief

LEON DULTZIN. member of the
Jewish Agency executive who re-
cently resigned from a committee
post in the Gahal Herut-Liberal -
bloc, said here Tuesday that the
bloc could continue to exist only if
there was a change in the electoral
system in Israel and if Herut de-
fined its position with regard to
Israel's frontiers and Israel's rela-
tions with Germany. Dultzin, cur-
rently visiting Argentina, told a
press conference that the electoral
change was necessary to end the
splintered character of Israeli poli-
tics. He was replying to a question
about his resignation.

Finance Minister PINHAS SA-

finance minister's visit to Romania
