Two WJCongress Officials Invited
to Auschwitz Memorial Unveiling;
Tributes Planned in Many Lands

LONDON — Two officials of the
World Jewish Congress have been
invited by the International Com-
mittee for Auschwitz to attend
the inauguration in Poland of the
Auschwitz memorial on April 16.
The officials are A. L. Easterman,
director of the WJC international
affairs department, and AnseIm
Reiss, member of the WJC Israel
executive.
Easterman also will represent
the WJC at ceremonies on April
19 commemorating the Warsaw
Ghetto revolt against the Nazis .
