Casablanca Governor at Orphans' Bar Mitzva CASABLANCA (JTA) — Col. Sefrioui, governor . of Casablanca, attended a Bar Mitzva ceremony here for 17 Jewish boys. He was accompanied by his wife and three of his closest associates.
