THE MOTION PICTURE PRODUCTION OF

HERE WE ARE BACK in 1967...
and according to Elliot Feldman,
here's one more student that at-
tempted a college prank and ended
up with a headache . . . James
Hiller, son of Harriet and Sid
Hiller, called the Michigan State
News last week to tell them that
he would jump out of his second
floor dormitory window into a.
huge snow bank wearing a self-
designed Superman costume . .
Photographers and audience
showed up, and Jim jumped . . .
Much to his dismay, a large rock
had been imbedded in the fluffy
snow ! . . . Hiller remained uncon-
scious for several minutes, spread-
eagled at full length in the snow,
but -suffered no serious injuries
except for a small lump on the
noggin .. . Unfortunately, the pho-
tographer was so excited, he forgot
to use his camera ! . . . Perhaps
Superman is vulnerable after all,
says Elliot !
BARGAINING WITH a Mexican
salesman is a fine art, and requires
infinite finesse . . . Marilyn Glans-
rock tells of one astute peddler
who approached her American
foursome of hubby Al, Sarah and
Mike Rosen and herself, with a
tray of beautiful silver bracelets,
all priced at 1500 pesos . . . Mari-
lyn had been in Mexico long enough
to negotiate intelligently and, after
extensive bargaining. enjoyed to
the hilt by both parties to the
transaction, acquired a bracelet for
exactly three hundred pesos . . .
"Now that's a genuine bargain,"
enthused Sarah. "I'll take a brace-
let too at the same price." . . .
"No, no, senora," protested the
peddler. "For you we start over
again."
