A total of $141,700 in Israel Bond subscriptions was realized at the 1967 sponsor re-enrollment
luncheon, held under the auspices of the honor societies of the Israel Bond Women's Division, at
the Town and Country Club. All women who became - trustees, builders and sponsors of Israel signed the
"Book of Honor," which will be presented to David Ben-Gurion, founder and first prime minister of the
State of Israel, on his forthcoming appearance as guest of honor at the 1967 Israel Bond Inaugural
Conference March 4 in Miami Beach. The affair was part of a worldwide celebration of Ben-Gurion's
80th birthday. The Scroll of Honor will be presented to Ben-Gurion by Mrs. Morris Schaver. Pictured are

ship fund and inter-faith work in
the community.
