Speaker will be Asher Tarmon, director of the Hebrew and Israel culture department of the Jewish Center. His subject will be "Edu- cational Problems in Israel." Tarmon, who _came to Israel from England in 1948 during the War of Independence, settled with the first English and American graduates of Habonim in Kibbutz Kfar Blum. In 1955, he became . principal of the regional elemen- tary schools in B'er Tuvia.
