FIGHTERS will meet Monday
noon at Rosenberg's Holiday
Caterers. Members will be brought
up to date on the progress of the
souvenir journal, and project re-
ports will be given. A "hair fashion
show" will be modeled by mem-
bers. Refreshments will be served.

SHAAREY ZEDEK SISTERHOOD
will hear a review of "Hope Is My
House" by Devorah Wigoder 10
a.m Wednesday at Shaarey Zedek
for the concluding review in the
sisterhood series, Rabbi Irwin
Groner will be speaker. A conti-
nental breakfast will precede, the
talk. Mrs. Charles Robinson, a past
president of sisterhood, will give
the opening prayer. Mrs. Walter
Field is chairman of the series,
and Mrs. George Lerner is in
charge of the breakfast. Single
tickets will be sold at the door.
Devorah Wigoder, born Jane Fran-
ces MacDwyer, converted to Juda-
ism and adopted the Hebrew name
of Devorah Emmet Jaffe. She lives
..in Israel with her husband. The
public is invited to the review.

Hadassah 'Sweethearts' Set Feb. 14 Event

"Have a Heart — Give a Gift
From Your Heart" will be the
theme of a luncheon and fashion
show to be held by South Oakland
County Hadassah 12:30 p.m. Feb.
14 at the Armenian Cultural Cen-
ter, Southfield.
Proceeds from the luncheon and
showing of designer clothes will go
toward the Eye Bank project.
Guest will be entertained by the
music of Frankie Paul, and there
will be favors for all. Prizes
include a portable television set,
a weekend for two at Toronto's Inn
on the Park and a mink boa.
Admission fee is one filled
dime bank or the equivalent in
a check. Funds will go toward
the saving of the precious eye-
sight of children in Israel afflict-
ed with trachoma, SOC Chap-
