Among the delegates are Mrs. Philip Bernstein, national leadership chairman and a past Michigan department presi- dent; Mrs. Louba Lupiloff, past department president; and Mrs. Jack Iden, national legislation chairman and past Michigan president. Fol- lowing the meeting, JWVA will participate in the Woman's Forum on National Security, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Jerrold Bernstein also will make the trip. Mr. Bernstein is the editor of the National Ladies Bulletin, the organization's bimonthly publication. Mrs. John Nemon, another past Michigan president and Michigan's only past national president, will attend the meeting in her capacity as chairman of the budget committee of JWVA of the U.S.A.
