jets - which will be manufactured

tric companies at a cost of $30,-

The supersonic flights are ex-
pected to begin in 1974. At the
same time, El-Al was granted an
option on two giant Boeing 747
superjets, each of which will be
able to accommodate 499 passen-
gers. This plane will begin flights
in 1971 and is being built at a
cost of $25,000,000.
