Mrs. Golden, who was a resident of the Jewish Home for Aged, was a descendant of the Solomon family which came to Detroit 130 years ago and established a whole- sale fish company. Friday, January 13, 1967-39 WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—Writer Waldo Frank, whose work was little recognized in this country but was highly praised in Latin America, died Tuesday at age 77. Dr. Schinagel Dies Dr. Geza Schinagel, for three de- cades a prominent Detroit physi- cian and surgeon, died in Los Angeles Jan. 5. His late residence was at 129 N. Valley St., Burbanck, Calif. After his 30 years of practice here, Dr. Schinagel, who was a Fellow of the College of Surgeons, retired and settled in California. He is survived by his wife Fritzi and a daughter by adoption. The Schinagel home here was known as a gathering place for artists, intellectuals and religious leaders.
